TEEN SUMMER SPORTS!

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO KEEP THE KIDS BUSY & ACTIVE IN THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS?

SUMMER TEEN MEGABOX

  • Fun sessions for 12-15 year olds based around boxing for Fitness & Strength!

  • Sessions will run on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays at 11:30am for 45 mins.

  • You can purchase a Pack of 8 sessions and use them over the holiday and if you get through the sessions then you can just repurchase packs to suit!

  • The classes will run from the 22nd of July through till the 20th of August!

SUMMER LEARN TO TRAIN

After great success with our first 2 courses we will be carrying the Learn To Train Programme into the Summer!

  • Teaching Girls aged 15+ how to train safely!
    Learn new exercises & how to train for different outcomes! Get toned & strong!

  • x2 sessions a week on Mondays & Wednesdays @4:45pm

  • Only 6 girls per group so they can get the most out of it!

  • Summer 6 week course starting 22nd July!

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Perfectly designed for 15-18 year olds to gain the edge for next season or wanting to train over the Summer!

  • Our camps provide world class coaching and proven results to get stronger, fitter and injury free!

  • Ran by Tim Exeter, 30+ years experience in professional team and individual sports (check out his bio in our “about us” section)

  • Improve your Speed, Agility, Power, Strength, Physical Conditioning, Confidence…

  • 6 to 12 hours of training per week.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays

  • Multiple block/ package options
